The sun sister and....Lebanon

I can imagine that some of you read the headline and think
?!? what do they have in common?!?

They show us both how energy works,
and that we can have a great life,
if we take the courage
to deal with old emotions/patterns.
It also shows us that we will get new changes
to deal with it, if we can not 'get it' in one go....

We don't hear a lot about Algeria or Lebanon,
but they are both country's in the Middle East
who want change,
change that started with the 'Arab Spring'.

I looked at the Astrological chart of Lebanon,
and you see that 2020 is a very important year….
as was 1960 and 1990.....
Did the country learn from 1960 and 1990,
can they choose different now?
I don't know, history will tell,
what I know is,
that if there is old anger,
and people don't deal with that,
it will be very challenging...

Anger..
Lashing out....
Blaming…..
All are ways not to deal with
grief, sadness, hurt.
It is as if it easier to
hurt back,
then to forgive
and start a better future...
It isn't….

People who shout,
use guns,
hurt people,
bully,
are hurt people,
afraid to deal with there emotions….

For a long time,
my way of dealing with
'angry, powerful'
was:
walking away,
doubting myself,
getting earaches a sour throat
and even cancer.

In a way it was good as well:
I looked inside,
became stronger
and realised that
'those angry people'
were hurt people as well,
just dealt with it in an other way...

It took me a while to speak out,
to trust myself enough.
When I did,
not all people liked that,
of course not...
Now they had to deal with there emotions
or let go of me.
That also meant I had to let go of them….
challenging….
-Paul Ferrini, Return to the garden, helped me a lot-

I decided to help people find their power,
by recognizing there patterns
and dealing with there emotions.

Around me I see 'angry' people,
and even though part of me
understand the anger,
an other part 'knows' it is a sign for me as well.
Could there be anger inside of me?
With Mercury retrograde in Scorpio,
everyone of us will get confrontations.
The world will get confrontations.

I had confrontations with Jaap,
all had to do with the past,
the way we 'did' things.
As he said:
'You always agreed and
perhaps that was not good'
I think it was good then,
it worked for us, now it is good
to make changes and...we did!
The renovation of the house
helped us seeing patterns
and changing patterns.

Lebanon, a country, change....
I hope there is patience,
I hope everyone will look inside
and deal with there own emotion..
And.....they only need a majority,
the rest will follow.

The sun sister.
We are all born to shine,
be the Sun in your own life,
Love yourself,
so you have more then enough energy
to give to the people around you.

BELIEVE...
you are enough,
you are powerful,
you are important!

If you are angry, hurt and/or sad,
ask for help,
you don't have to go trough it by yourself.
Be open, be patient
and forgive….
Be open to attract abundance..

PS:
a reminder....

'You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along
and bumps into you or shakes your arm,
making you spill your coffee everywhere.

Why did you spill the coffee?
"Because someone bumped into me!!!"

Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you
(which WILL happen),
whatever is inside you will come out.
It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
*So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"*
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratefulness, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, harsh words and reactions?

Life provides the cup,
YOU choose how to fill it.

Today let's work towards filling our cups with
gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation;
and kindness, gentleness and love for others.
(Shared from a friend whose cup is full of goodness and inspiration.)'
